Polar Bare

So I went to get my nails done the other day, only to stumble across the PERFECT nude shade: OPI's Polar Bare.

Well naturally I tried to buy it, the only problem being, it wasn't at the store or anywhere around town.  I found out much to my dismay...that it's from the Canadian line which has been discontinued seeing as it was released a few years ago.  So I got to shopping online and found out that Amazon.com has a few different vendors selling this fabulous color.  Don't worry I am now a proud owner.

Redecorating My Life

Thanks to DesignSponge, I have completely fallen in love with upholstered headboards.  Grace's in particular.  I am taking it upon myself to recreate her exact headboard.  

Now I just need to coordinate my pillows, and thankfully CSN Stores is giving me a chance to do just that!  They are being kind enough to let me do a product review soon (where hopefully I will find an amazing pillow like the one from my giveaway).  

CSN literally has hundreds of online stores that sell things ranging from purses, to cookware, to dining room furniture.

I love that you can build a complete room around this one particular piece.  I am also searching for a vintage bench to reupholster and put at the bottom of my bed.  I was thinking something like this.

August Bazaar, AMAZING.

The August issue of Bazaar with Cameron Diaz on the front is insane!  I am dying to run out and get a camel coat, leopard bag, tassel necklace, and wide leg trousers.   What do you think about these new takes on classics? Personally, I'm very impressed and inspired.

Retro Oakleys

So I am seriously dying over the Oakley Frogskins Collectors Edition sunglasses.  Especially the matte black with the Fire Iridium lenses.  Apparently they made only 3,000 pairs and are pretty much sold out everywhere.  I bought my Ray-ban Wayfarers when I was a junior in high school, and although I will always love this classic style, I'm kind of over them at the time being.

 
Also the polished black ruby iridium are pretty nice.  I love that the retro Oakley symbol is in red on the sides.
